I highly recommend this company over any big name plumber company.
My laundry room drain was backing up and overflowing with water, so I needed help quickly. After doing my research, I decided to call The Plumber Guy and was immediately impressed by the service.
When I called, I spoke with Michaela, who was friendly, professional, and made the scheduling process easy. She was able to get Daniel out to my home the very next day. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the issue and explain my options. He performed a camera inspection and showed me exactly why the pipe was backing up, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure—just honest recommendations and excellent customer service.
After reviewing the options, I chose to have the line hydro jetted. Cooper and his assistant, Quin, came out later that same day to complete the work. Both were professional, courteous, and thorough. They did an excellent job clearing the line and provided footage of both the problem and the completed work, giving me confidence that the issue was properly resolved.
From start to finish, every person I interacted with was respectful of my property, professional, and genuinely committed to providing high-quality service. The issue was resolved completely, and The Plumber Guy absolutely lived up to their reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or drain services, and they will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

The technician, Daniel has been amazing. He's serviced where I work a couple times now and arrived the same day, completing the job quickly and efficiently. Then yesterday, we had a leak outside my home, so we gave them a call, and Daniel arrived in a timely manner, diagnosing and explaining the issue. He's personable and friendly and fully capable whatever the plumbing issue. It's a company you can count on and I recommend them 100%.

Carlin did a great job. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He took time to answer my questions and explore options. And the estimate I got for a new water heater was significantly better than other companies I talked to. And the icing on the cake was, 3 hours later I had a new water heater installed! I'll definitely be using The Plumber Guy again.

Mark was terrific! I called it in and was told that I would have someone at ny house within an hour. He actually got to my house in about 30 minutes, was very courteous, and made sure that he wasn't dirtying up the floors. He was very efficient and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. I was very pleased with the way the call was handled and highly recommend Mark and The Plumber Guy

We had a great experience with The Plumber Guy. Our water heater went out and they got someone out here within an hour of our call to give us an estimate and the job was completed the next day. Dylan R. went above and beyond to make sure our new water heater was installed correctly and fixed/replaced all the damaged pipes and vents from the previous unit. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.
