Josh did a really good job and was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have no complaints about him personally.
That being said, I absolutely do not recommend this company based on their pricing. I was quoted nearly $650 to remove a toilet, install an extender and new wax ring, and reset the toilet. For a job that should take roughly a couple of hours, I found that price absolutely outrageous.
Josh was great, but the company’s pricing is another story. In my opinion, they seemed more interested in overcharging customers than providing reasonable, fair pricing. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before agreeing to any work with this company.

Very pleased in every aspect of choosing The Plumber Guy to help me with my existing drainage issues. Was able to get appointment within 24 hours of calling and was kept informed on when our technician (Rob) would be arriving. They even sent a photo of him for identification when he got here. Rod was very professional in appearance and his mannerisms, even putting on shoe covers when entering our home. He explained everything he was going to check to complete the job for us and kept us informed all during the process! He even went about what I expected in scoping our lines both in the bathroom and outside through the main drain cap. Bottom line is he performed necessary service to restore/improve our drain in a very reastime frame as well as total cost for the job… You couldn’t ask for a better experience that dealing with this company! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again whenever the need arises… Thanks again to Roxy in the office and to our service technician Rob for a job well done 👍🏻

These guys answered the call, got a person out same day, and he was a personable, knowledgeable guy. What a win win win. They were very clear about the initial fee to get a member of their team out here. Which I appreciated. All in all, Sergio, did great work, clean work, and was very nice. Someone we felt good about letting into our home to do the work and felt good about when it was all said and done. Good job bringing on a solid team member, guys!! Thank you

Josh was amazing! After the big storm, our water spigot was damaged and we had no running water, so it was an emergency for us to get it fixed. Josh came out very quickly, which we really appreciated, and had everything repaired so fast. The work looks amazing, and he was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. We’re extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!

Our kitchen sink started leaking, and what initially looked like a simple repair quickly turned into a much larger project. One of the faucet lines had a failed gasket, and while attempting to replace it, the fitting broke. Unfortunately, the replacement part was no longer available, so we decided to install a new faucet instead.
While installing the new faucet, we discovered that one of the old shut-off valves under the sink was also leaking. Since both valves were the same age, I decided to replace them both. However, when we shut off the water to the house to make the repair, we found that the main shut-off valve was no longer fully stopping the water flow. At this point, the job was beyond my abilities, so we called The Plumber Guy.
They arrived quickly and got right to work. The technicians were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They replaced the main shut-off valve to the house and completed the installation of the new kitchen shut-off valves efficiently and correctly. What had turned into a frustrating chain of plumbing problems was resolved quickly and professionally.
I would absolutely use The Plumber Guy again for any plumbing issue beyond my skill level and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable plumbing services. Their prompt response, quality workmanship, and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
