You will be glad you went with Robins Plumbing Inc. for your water heater needs. Just had Robins Plumbing Inc install my water heater and they crushed it! The fact that they've been in business for more than 20 years tells you everything about how successful and reliable they are. Mathew, Austin, and Brian were super friendly, professional and did the job right and fast! Mathew made sure everything was up to legal code which was a huge relief since I live in an older home in West Phoenix. Also Matt took time and with a lot of patience to explain any important questions I had about the installation process and heater settings which I really appreciated. Solid work, great overall staff that care, from beginning to end, at a reasonable price! I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

Poor installation of tankless heater less than 3 yrs ago. Attempted to reach out for repairs and got met with a overpriced quote and reminders of aggression and company policies. I got a 2nd opinion, and there are some violations. Robins also told me to install extra items that were unnecessary. I have hard facts that my unit does not function correctly, is not the correct type, and the install is out of code. Don't let "warranty" fool you into protection. Robins will still charge you to install a warrantied part, and its not a cheap amount. They even bill you for calling the manufacturer to order the warrantied parts. It is cheaper buying a new unit with a different crew. You will probably see a long response from the manager who will try to say this frustration is customer caused and post a "reminder" of their company policies. That should be a reflection on how they handle tough issues.

We have been using Robin’s Plumbing for several years now and they are awesome! We have had them replace our water heater, re-plumb our kitchen sink, replace our garbage disposal, replace our toilet, and now the fixtures and valve in our shower. They always do high quality work and are so professional.
Jon replaced the fixtures and valve in our shower today and did a fantastic job! We will definitely keep coming back.

Robins Plumbing is Awesome! Damon and Jason came out and swapped our ancient faucet out. 10/10 would recommend again! Never let us down before and they left the bathroom so clean after!
