We have been a long time customer of Moon Valley Plumbing, which, from my understanding, was purchased by Service Experts. We have owned our property for several years and constantly had issues with our original pipes from the early 1940's. The property is a triplex in Central Phx, with flood irrigation. My family of four has lived in one of the units since before we owned the property. Several years ago, we decided to purchase the sewar line insurance with HomeServe for all three of the units. After getting the sewer insurance, we had to contact HomeServe to see if they would cover a repair and were told that we would be required to use a specific plumbing company for the routine servicing; this is when we were introduced to Moon Valley Plumbing. On March 23, 2026, we contacted Service Experts for a routine service to clear one of the pipes. We received a new technician, who long story short, made the pipe under our front porch collapse! Being that our unit only has One Bathroom, it severely affected our daily lives!! When I contacted HomeServe to file a claim, they originally denied me due to contacting the plumbing company first. It was very confusing and frustrating to have to call them multiple times to connect the dots for them; seeing we have been using their specific plumbing company for Years. After several Weeks of going back and forth between HomeServe and Service Experts, HomeServe finally approved the claim to replace the full sewer line that connects to all three of our units. Once approved, it still took about a week to coordinate a crew with Service Experts to come out to start the work. They originally scheduled a week to complete the job, which was very ambitious considering it was over 160ft of new pipes. Keep in mind we still have no functioning bathroom; luckily, we had a porta potty delivered when we first realized this was going to be a long process. Excavation started on April 13th and sadly pushed out into the following week. We finally had a functioning bathroom around April 23rd. Sadly, I had to contact Service Experts the following Monday, to follow up with the removal of the debris left in our yard. It was very frustrating to communicate with Service Experts as every time I called in, I had to re-explain the situation and finally got escalated to management. It felt like all customer service went out the window once the sewer line was functional again. Service Experts finally sent someone back to clean up the mess in the yard but still left us with a huge hole in our front porch and driveway. I had to consistently follow up with Service Experts to get any kind of update on the status of the completion of the concrete repairs. On April 30th, we received irrigation for the first time since the line was replaced and received a notice from the irrigation company saying the slop of the yard is not allowing water to flow to the majority of the yard. This issue started another lengthy process between HomeServe and Service Experts, as the insurance covered the return to the original landscape. There was very little to no communication regarding when the concrete and landscaping would be addressed. On May 22, someone showed up on site saying they were there to take measurements for the concrete. The following Tuesday May 26th, Service Experts was on site to work on the landscaping of the yard slope for the irrigation. There was no communication whatsoever from Service Experts to schedule either of these . Work was finally completed on May 26th; however, we shall see if there are still issues with the irrigation. This process has been very long and strenuous for my family as well as our tenants. However, we are grateful to have the new sewer line covered under HomeServe insurance and grateful for Cole Russll, our long-time technician who helped make things right!

Appreciated having the Air Scrubber installed today. Chris was very focus oriented and Hunter was able to quickly answer all my many questions without hesitation. Two super nice guys! We akso had the air ducts, vents, and the dryer duct cleaned by Javier. Did a fantastic, thorough job and cleaned up the floors better than I expected. I liked how the dust was mostly contained by plastic hanging around Javier while working in the ducts. See photo.

I had Chris to the house in less than 24 hours after making an appointment on line. He was early, which was great since it was hot. Chris was so very courteous, knowledgeable and extremely polite. He was very respectful and polite. He fully explained the issues and his recommendations on what should be done to best service the unit on my home. I highly recommend Service Experts and very much appreciate Chris' abilities and kindness.

Lucas was amazing he came out right away as my wife is pregnant due any day now and our AC was not working. He got things up and running and pumping cold air extremely quick. Highly recommend this company and Lucas!!! We will be working with Lucas in the future!
