Anthony and his crew did an amazing job with a water line re-route. It took all day for three guys to complete. They were all very kind and respectful to the area where the work was done. I’m not exactly sure on the value, but the many reviews left for this company expressed quality and value.
These are my go to guys for water related issues.
They left after cleaning everything up. It was a huge job. I’m very satisfied.

We had to call Hansen’s out to our house for an air conditioning issue. Ace was the Technician who arrived and he was great. Ace diagnosed the problem as being an issue with the circuit breaker. He fixed the problem quickly!
Ace is knowledgeable, friendly, and he deserves a promotion! He represented himself and Hansen Family extremely well! I would recommend Hansen Family to anyone who is having any HVAC, plumbing, or sewer issues. They are our go to company for plumbing and HVAC issues we have had.
Thank you Hansen Family and a special thank you to Ace!

I had a five-star experience with Hansen Family Plumbing and Air for the installation of a Mitsubishi mini-split and AC attic duct optimization.
From start to finish, the team was professional, polite, and clearly focused on delivering a high-quality result. They provided the most competitive estimate while still recommending the best system for my needs—no shortcuts, just smart planning and execution.
Isaac stood out for developing a cost-effective strategy and keeping the entire project running smoothly. On the installation side, Jose, Carlos, and Abraham were outstanding—efficient, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. The workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed on time exactly as promised.
If you’re looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and attention to detail, I highly recommend them. A truly exceptional experience all around.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! A huge thank you to Ace for the outstanding service and for getting my AC back up and running quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
I also want to give a special thank you to Julie. She is always so friendly, helpful, and makes scheduling appointments incredibly easy. Great customer service like hers is hard to find these days.
Thank you both for the excellent service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional HVAC service!

Joe Money was excellent in showing me what my repairs would be and how he would fix it. Answered all my questions which was many. Took his time explaining everything to me what needed to be done.
Wish more people would take their job and costumers as important as Joe Money did. He is a jewel in your business. 👍
