Gerald, Victor, & of course Cody all went above and beyond in customer satisfaction & service, well done everyone that was involved in completing my tasks. 😁😊❤️ The techs that came out to adjust the thermostats on my hot water tank today (10-22-26), did an outstanding job & were very informative. Workers showed up as scheduled. I had a slab leaks in both of my bathrooms. I was told it would be $5K-7.5K per bathroom to cut my foundation up. This didn't include the replacement tile that would be needing replaced due to breakage during foundation cutting. I chose to go with a retro plumbing of the pipes thru the attic and walls. They cut 13 holes in my walls to replumb the lines. After everything was done they left. They didn't even put the insulation back into the holes they made. They Didn't wipe any of the walls where they put hand prints. Job was completed around 5pm and by midnight I had water leaking thru my bedroom ceiling. They came out the next morning and found a bad fitting in the attic. It was repaired & they called a restoration company to fix the ceiling. This company put fans in the bedroom for 2 days. They returned and removed the fans & said another company would be out to fix the damaged drywall. That company showed up 2 days later but didn't have the tools to do the repair. I made arrangements for them to show up 2 days latet & what a surprise there a no show. Finally after I made the call to the company the dispatcher acted all surprised his worker didn't show. Almost an hour later the guy showed up. The owner of this company called me and apologized and gave me his personal cell number to contact him if I had an other problems. I called Bumblebee asking what compensation they would provide for all the problems I had. We agreed on a cash amount. It's been a week since the repiping and with all these problems no supervisor or management from Bumblee has followed up to make sure my ceiling has been fixed. I expected better service than this since I ended up spending more than $18K for a hot water heater and piping job.

Quick review for BumbleBee Plumbing, specifically Mr. Charlie Trent. Met with Mr. Trent yesterday (10/15/2026) for an estimate to replace an existing 13 year old 40 gallon gas water heater. Expecting what seems to be and industry practice "you need to upsize to a 50 gallon unit", I was surprised by Mr. Trents first question; "what are we looking for today?" He did mention that 50 gallon units are normally carried on the trucks, but 40 gallon units are always available. Talking through what my expections were (I had two other quotes already), we discussed pricing options etc. Our desicion was made to select BumbleBee Plumbing as our contractor of choice for three reasons: honesty, itegrity, and the efforts of Mr. Trent, who obviously has the utmost passion and desire to truly provide the highest level of customer service for our needs. Mr. Trent was out this morning to replace our existing unit. As expected, the installation, cleanliness of the work area, and constant communication were exceptional. Congratulations BumbleBee Plumbing, keep this man in your employ. It's difficult in this day and age to find employees who take their craft with the highest level of passion and commitment as this man does. Also a shout out to Desiree, who communicated from the initial reach out, to completion of the job (she's on the phone with my wife as I'm typing this), ensuring our experience and satisfaction has been met. Five stars!!!!

Gabriel did a great job! He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was taken care of. The drain turned out to be fine and didn’t need any cleaning, but I appreciated him checking it. I was very pleased with his service and would definitely recommend Gabriel!

Very professional employees that were willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. The only complaint was the schedulers in the office did not follow up consistently and we were left wondering when they would be at the home. Jerry was our project manager and he was amazing! I highly recommend Bumble Bee Home Services!
