NEW PROBLEM December 8, 2025
Hot Water heater and Flow Tech Max
My water alarm alerted me to water around base of 20+ year old heater last night at 7PM.
I called PlumbSmart at 7:05PM
And asked for the next morning. They gave me a window 8-10 but Brian was on the way before 8!

Derek did a very thorough and detailed tuneup of the AC/heat pump for winter.
Replaced a burnt contact.

They fixed the disaster I found myself in!
Having bought a brand new AC system in October 2020 from a vendor through Costco
I called the company I had paid over $10,000.
After sitting in a home without AirConditioning for 7 hours in the Arizona heat, a senior citizen like myself finds life threatening.
The Technician finally arrived, but the one sent was dishonest. He not only put coolant into a leaking compressor, but overcharged me literally over a $1,000. He didn’t tell me the coolant would leak out. He didn’t offer a new compressor immediately either. His primary concern when he entered my home was my air filter. He said it was wrong. I told him I bought it at Costco.
He was selling new ones in his truck for $300.00.
Fortunately I found PlumbSmart and called them. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely helpful and cared about our major environmental issues.
Two great and honest technicians came out, diagnosed the problem, found a compressor under Warranty, drove to Phoenix in rush hour traffic for the new compressor drove all the way back, and installed it at 5 pm the same day. They didn’t leave until after 8 pm.
The less than 5 year old AC bought at Costco finally works properly.
Neither complained my air filter was wrong.
Neither slowed down or cut corners in the installation, EVEN though they worked 10+ hours that day.
Our home is now on the family plan at PlumbSmart. Our future needs will be addressed to them.
I highly recommend PlumbSmart for their honesty, integrity, and caring commitment towards their customers.

Trent came to hook up a water machine I purchased. He gave me the best price. He did very clean work had everything done little over an hour, even though I had to replace the kitchen faucet. Very pleased! I will use Plumb Smart again

We’ve been using PlumbSmart for years for all kinds of home issues, and they continue to be a company we trust and feel so grateful to have.
Most recently, we came home from a trip on a Sunday evening in the middle of August and realized our AC had stopped working. In Arizona, that is pretty much an emergency. We called PlumbSmart around 5 p.m., they had someone at our house within an hour and a half, and by 8 p.m. our air conditioning was back up and running. We honestly could not believe how quickly they took care of us.
We’ve worked with Eric several times over the years and he is always wonderful. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. Every experience we’ve had with PlumbSmart has felt easy and well taken care of!
We truly cannot recommend them enough. It means so much to have a company you know you can call when something goes wrong, especially when it’s 110+ degrees outside!!

Love at first visit! These folks are awesome. Great competitive price, accurate with info, detail oriented, and great customer service. Called for a plumbing quote, he saw an issue with my HVAC and let me know (after I had another person their quoting and didn't see/say anything). They were able to dispatch an HVAC person in an hour. All fixed in this summer heat! Will definitely use them for any plumbing and HVAC need!

I used PlumbSmart once before to have a garbage disposal installed that I provided and they did a great job. The price I paid was very fair but do not remember if they gave me an over the phone quote or not. But I called again for some drain cleaning without clog and possilbe drain assembly replacement I had provided just in case. I am tired of trying to get quotes for fairly simple non diagonistic issues and having 2-3 plumbers come for pricing. Being an older gal trying to keep a room rental up and running this has been frustrating. It is majority of plumbing companies. The gal on the phone said she would have manager call me. He never did and that is why the 2 stars and my opinion on this company has changed. Plumbers a re a dime dozen out there but many don't make it easy. I guess my continued business was not important to him. I also wish plumbers were honest enough to say, a hanyman could to that much cheaper if they didn't feel it was worth their time. Disappointed that I wasn't given the courtesy of a call back just shows this company is not about customer service and only if they find your issue worthy of making money.
