NEW PROBLEM December 8, 2025
Hot Water heater and Flow Tech Max
My water alarm alerted me to water around base of 20+ year old heater last night at 7PM.
I called PlumbSmart at 7:05PM
And asked for the next morning. They gave me a window 8-10 but Brian was on the way before 8!

Having bought a brand new AC system in October 2020 from a vendor through Costco
I called the company I had paid over $10,000.
After sitting in a home without AirConditioning for 7 hours in the Arizona heat, a senior citizen like myself finds life threatening.
The Technician finally arrived, but the one sent was dishonest. He not only put coolant into a leaking compressor, but overcharged me literally over a $1,000. He didn’t tell me the coolant would leak out. He didn’t offer a new compressor immediately either. His primary concern when he entered my home was my air filter. He said it was wrong. I told him I bought it at Costco.
He was selling new ones in his truck for $300.00.
Fortunately I found PlumbSmart and called them. I spoke to the manager and she was extremely helpful and cared about our major environmental issues.
Two great and honest technicians came out, diagnosed the problem, found a compressor under Warranty, drove to Phoenix in rush hour traffic for the new compressor drove all the way back, and installed it at 5 pm the same day. They didn’t leave until after 8 pm.
The less than 5 year old AC bought at Costco finally works properly.
Neither complained my air filter was wrong.
Neither slowed down or cut corners in the installation, EVEN though they worked 10+ hours that day.
Our home is now on the family plan at PlumbSmart. Our future needs will be addressed to them.
I highly recommend PlumbSmart for their honesty, integrity, and caring commitment towards their customers.

After finally getting the okay work proceeded on time Thursday morning at 9:00. your guys are courteous professional well equipped and their knowledge was exceptional. I've barley noticed them while they were doing their work. They came in to check with me and make sure everything was done to satisfaction. Once verified they cleaned up and left all done in a day. very very appreciative of their services, well done guys I would use you in a heartbeat anytime thank you.

I’ve been a customer of PlumbSmart for my plumbing needs for years and have been very happy with their customer service. When I ran into issues with my A/C contractor, I learned PlumbSmart also has a heating and a/c team. I had them install my new unit, saving me significantly over what I was quoted by my last contractor. Their customer service on that side of the business has been great as well. Derek came out today and replaced a warranty item - he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I’m very happy to have PlumbSmart as my provider for multiple areas of my home’s needs. It’s hard to find a company you can trust. If only they could handle auto repairs, I’d try them for that too!

Had a drain pipe crack behind vanity. Charles came out found the leak quickly, then once vanity was removed Brian came out to repair the cracked drain pipe. Brian is very knowledgeable and quick. Very nice guy. Super happy with PlumbSmart
