We needed an emergency plumber and I called The Plumber Guy. They sent Josh immediately out and he didn’t absolutely amazing job. The communication was incredibly high. The whole experience was very professional, and they are now my go to plumber when we need somebody.

The total experience is noteworthy. The arrived as scheduled, the technician was thorough in his assessment of our issue, he had all the necessary equipment and parts to complete the repair call. It was a model example on how to engage with a client and complete the repairs. Most strongly recommend the company and our assigned professional plumber!

I have had experience with the big plumber companies, and the experience level is pretty low and leaves one wondering why you didn't do it yourself. I decided to go with small company with a high rating. I now understand why the rating was high. Shawn is a VERY experienced and knowledgeable plumber. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed solutions. My house was built in the 50's and the sewer line was in very bad shape. So this was a pretty big job. While the price was quite high, you get what you pay for in my experience, and having it done right the first time, is priceless! My neighbor used one of the big named companies and they were back 3 times redoing what was done wrong the first time. I believe Shawn said he had a solid 20 years experience and it showed. He was a pleasure to work with, and I trusted his judgement. While I do most of my own work, there is a time to call in the "big boys". This was definitely one of those times.

Tate provided excellent service during his visit on Monday. He identified the cause of the water flow issue with one of my bathroom sinks and troubleshot a leaking flapper valve, recommending a solution. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and paid close attention to the details that mattered most to me. I appreciated his thorough approach and would gladly recommend "The Plumber Guy" to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Tate was great! Looked at the problem and told us how much it would cost. Even though he ran into a few obstacles, the price never changed. Tate was on time, courteous, and a general all around nice guy. I would highly recommend both Tate and the company. Everything was great from the time I made the appointment until the job was finished.
