Riley was the plumber who worked with us. He was very knowledgeable, we felt very confident in his work. The company was able to take care of everything we discussed same day! Will definitely be recommending this company!

our son Don contacted plumbing masters for us. He submitted his review and we agree with everything he said, which all positive. We are very pleased with the work that was done and in a timely manner. Alvaro and Geno did an excellent job. Alvaro was here every single day until the job was completed. He is very respectful and has great communication skills and always answered all our questions. You can tell he takes great pride in his work He represents your company very well and Alvaro is great asset to your company. He's a keeper.

I thought you were a tad pricey but did show up on a holiday weekend so only worth a minor mention. Just thrilled to have the work done in such a timely manner. Riley was wonderful. Personable, knowledgeable and very efficient. I ever have reason to call again, I will absolutely request Riley! Thank you, Riley, for getting my house back up and running so quickly! And for being so sweet to my dogs.

Jacob went above and beyond to get the new toilet I wanted and put my original special toilet seat on for me. He did a wonderful job of replacing the tile around the new toilet with only minimum loss. He finished everything in a half day. Appreciate the great work.

We had a great experience with the entire team. Every technician we worked with was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly and transparently, which we really appreciated.
They went out of their way to work with our situation and made sure everything was back up and working properly before they were finished. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!
