Corbin DeLisie and Steven Gosling. Everything was explained throughly before they started anything and asked if I had any questions. I had them install a new water heater and recirculating pump for my hot water. I
want everything new on a 20 year old system. When it was finished, it looked awsome.

We were on a tight timeline and needed some complicated plumbing work completed quickly. Vincent arrived on-site exactly when he said he would and walked the job with us. He gave a rough quote on the spot, and that quote ended up being the exact amount we were billed — no surprises. This was a complex web of 50 year old cast iron and copper drains for an upper floor as well as the new bathroom being remodeled.
When he showed up in a clean white shirt, clean pants, and a festive Christmas hat, I honestly thought, “He doesn’t look like he’s ready for dirty cast iron sewer drain work.” But the next day, he and Chris came prepared, got right to work, and completed the entire project in one day.
It would have been best to list the labor separate from the materials after the job is complete. Next time try and separate your labor rates on your actual invoices. Your accounting/billing system (Service Titan) will allow you to do that. I know time spent waiting for parts at the supply houses in Flagstaff take time and are always billed at the same rate.
They did show up as scheduled, and clearly had the experience needed for a job like this. We will definitely use them again.

If you are looking for an honest , caring and fair priced company for your plumbing needs, look no further! Jake and Kyle provided service at our home recently for a hissing toilet. They were friendly, professional and fixed the problem at hand. They truly care about their customers and every single plumber we have dealt with has been superb.
We also just had Paul and Nate at our home to figure out the source of a hissing sound coming from the water valve outside near our spigot.
Amazing workmanship, professionalism and a wealth of information. Yet again, impressed by the folks that work for this company. Grateful for them!

Gold Star has helped us with multiple large commercial projects recently and their service was amazing. Every person we spoke with was polite and helpful and their level of communication was outstanding. Corbin was especially helpful and explained every step that was needed. All work was done in an extremely timely manner. We will be calling them again on our next project.

The technician was amazingly hard working, and although by himself, finished the entire job in less than 20% of the time as my former plumbing outfit who had 3 folks helping.
He also took the initiative and proactively fixed issues that would have eventually arisen in the future.
The price point was higher than expected, but the quality of the service and workmanship was 95% improved.
5 Stars.
