We had a plumber scheduled for over a month who canceled on us at the last minute, leaving us in a really tough spot with a job site in Flagstaff while we're based in Phoenix. Mike and the team were incredibly responsive and were able to squeeze us in the very same day.
Mike actually arrived earlier than expected, called when he was about 20 minutes away, and then called me immediately after assessing the job to go over everything since I couldn't be there in person. He even waited on site while I discussed the estimate back and forth with our customer, which I really appreciated.
Although we ended up not moving forward because the work was a little outside our customer's budget, the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mike was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. He made a stressful situation much easier and gave me confidence that we were in good hands.
I wouldn't hesitate to call Gold Star Plumbing & Drain again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional service.

I am Impressed, I was in construction 37 years. The two technicians sent to my house were Very Professional!
Corbin DeLisie and Steven Gosling. Everything was explained throughly before they started anything and asked if I had any questions. I had them install a new water heater and recirculating pump for my hot water. I
want everything new on a 20 year old system. When it was finished, it looked awsome.

The technician was amazingly hard working, and although by himself, finished the entire job in less than 20% of the time as my former plumbing outfit who had 3 folks helping.
He also took the initiative and proactively fixed issues that would have eventually arisen in the future.
The price point was higher than expected, but the quality of the service and workmanship was 95% improved.

Michael M was on time and had excellent communication. Michael was polite as well as efficient in explaining the differences in garbage disposals. We highly recommend Michael his people skills are on point and made us feel confident in his skill and knowledge of equipment as well as his technique. Five Star Service all the way around!

Paul and Nathan did an excellent job replacing the hot water heater at my rental property. From the start, he was punctual and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He even offered to match pricing, which I really appreciated. The work was done professionally and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend Paul and Nathan for any plumbing needs!
